Canceling your subscription is simple and depends on how you signed up:

For iOS users:

1. Open your device Settings
2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Find Pho AI in the list and tap it
5. Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

For Android users:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
3. Select "Payments & subscriptions"
4. Tap "Subscriptions"
5. Find Pho AI and tap "Cancel subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you have any issues with cancellation, please contact our support team.

Pho AI requires an internet connection to process images as the transformation is performed on our cloud servers. This approach has several benefits:

• It delivers much higher quality results than would be possible on a mobile device
• It preserves your device's battery life and processing power
• It allows us to continuously improve our algorithms without requiring app updates

While you do need an internet connection for transforming new images, you can view and share previously processed images from your gallery without an internet connection.

Pho AI supports all standard image formats, including:

• JPEG/JPG - Best for photos with many colors
• PNG - Great for images with transparency
• HEIF/HEIC - Common format for iPhone photos

For optimal results, we recommend:

• Using high-resolution images (at least 1080px on the shortest side)
• Avoiding heavily compressed images
• Using images with good lighting and clear subjects

The maximum file size per image is 25MB.
